Getting better responses from AI


The issue with most AI advice is that it's written by people who don't run design businesses.


"Use AI to write your emails." Cool. 

Which emails? 

For what client? 

Saying what better than I can?


Recommended prompts online are generic, so the answers you get back are generic. 


And generic doesn't help when an installer is on the phone insisting your measurements are wrong, or a client is texting at 9:47 PM about an island overhang, or you're three weeks out from a delivery and somebody says a part is missing. 😤

  • The "lost" part.

  • The 9 PM client text.

  • The frustrated installer on site.

  • The check-in you don't have time to write from scratch.
