Which emails?
For what client?
Saying what better than I can?
Recommended prompts online are generic, so the answers you get back are generic.
And generic doesn't help when an installer is on the phone insisting your measurements are wrong, or a client is texting at 9:47 PM about an island overhang, or you're three weeks out from a delivery and somebody says a part is missing. 😤
