This is a tried and true training technique.

But for real, I know that training the team, especially on a new tool, system, or process, can feel like groan-city. 

Except, when we use techniques like "Learn, Experiment, Share" we remove a LOT of the natural resistance teams feel. 

Because we're working with our natural styles of learning and growing 🔥

So how do you do "Learn, Experiment, Share"?

You know I'm not going to leave you hanging with just the framework name (although, it is fairly self-explanatory 😜)!

I actually think this technique is made up of 4 steps that come together to make training simple for you and the team.
