Is the AI Buzz Overrated? 

I took SO much away from KBIS this year, but one big thing was the impact of AI in all industries, especially kitchen and bath. 

And I don't think the impact the speakers claimed AI will have on most industries was overrated.

That's because AI is just one form of doing what I call “Smart Business.” 🔥

Smart business is all about creating repeatable systems and employing them in a way that works best for you to magnify your efforts.

Isn't that what AI is meant to do too? 

I mean, Smart Business affects sales, marketing, customer service, everyday effectiveness, delegation, and overall happiness - AI has the potential to do that too, right? 

Time will tell, but in the meantime, I'm sharing more about Smart Business tactics (and how I came to lean into this idea so much) in this week's reshared top podcast.
