When to Use Global Smart Templates

So when would you even use these things?
Here's an example...when you are interacting with prospects in your sales process, you have specific communications that get sent at certain points in the process, right? For example, the email you send to ask a prospect to book an initial consultation, the email they get back after booking that call, the reminder emails that get sent leading up to the consultation.
While writing each of these emails isn’t rocket science, recreating each of these emails from scratch every time isn’t the highest and best use of time & energy.
That's where Global Smart Templates come in.
You can start small and simple using the template features in Outlook/Gmail to get started. But what if you need your CRM or other tool to have a template?

Your First Global Smart Template
|
The simplest place to start with GSTs, besides listening to the episode above 😉, is to start with a repetitive email you send.
Think about an internal or external email that you have to constantly rewrite, even though the meat of the message is always the same. (usual suspects here are requests for reviews, or emails to book or prep for meetings)
Can that be turned into a template? One you can alter each time you send, but that has the bones ready for you?
