FOR KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN BUSINESSES ON THE RISE

🔥 The Great Software Subscription Purge

Quick question Friend:

How many software subscriptions are you paying for right now?

If you just mentally shrugged and thought "no idea," you're not alone. A business owner once told me she discovered 23 different subscriptions when she finally did an audit. TWENTY-THREE. Including three different image editors and a project management tool they abandoned in 2021.

🔍 The Plot Twist Nobody Sees Coming

The problem isn't usually that you need MORE software. It's that you have no idea what your current software can actually do.

Case in point - did you know:

  • Your Adobe Acrobat subscription includes unlimited e-signatures? (Bye bye, DocuSign fees)
  • Google Workspace Calendar has built-in scheduling links? (See ya, Calendly)
  • Most email platforms have template libraries you've never touched?

We dove deep into this in "Boost Productivity: Strategies for Leveraging Your Existing Software Tools", and the responses have been… colorful.

🎯 Time for Some Software Archaeology

Look, I get it. Auditing your software sounds about as fun as getting all those documents for your tax preparer. But here's the thing - just like when you give your tax person all the info they request, there might be thousands of annual savings for your efforts.

That's why I created The Software & App Tracker, to make this less painful:

GRAB YOUR TRACKER (TAKES 2 SECONDS) →

It's not another complicated system. It's a Google Sheet that helps you:

  • List what you're paying for
  • Note what you actually use
  • Spot the expensive redundancies
  • Calculate what you could save

No email required. Click the link, it makes you a copy, done.

💡 The 20-Minute Challenge

Here's my challenge to you: Set a timer for 20 minutes and fill out that tracker. Just 20 minutes. I'll bet you a virtual coffee you'll find at least $200/month in savings.

And... you can use AI to help. Grab your last 3 credit card statements (PDFs), and the link to the tracker spreadsheet. Then go to your fav AI buddy (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, any of them will do) and give them the files and this prompt:

Review the PDF credit card statements and find all items that are subscriptions or software. Use that information to fill out the spreadsheet.

Likely it will tell you it can't fill out the spreadsheet directly, but it will format the information so you can copy & paste it in. 💥

Here's the Real Talk

You know what's better than the latest AI-powered-whatever?

Actually using the tools you already have.

Revolutionary, I know.

But if your software audit reveals you need help untangling the mess, or you discover you're sitting on features you don't know how to use, let's talk.

BOOK A SALES SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK →

We'll help you turn that software graveyard into a streamlined system that actually serves your business.

xo,

P.S. - The current record for "most expensive forgotten subscription" found during an audit? $450/month for an enterprise CRM a 3-person firm was barely using. Don't be that firm. Do your audit → fieryfx.com/tracker

P.P.S. - Seriously though, when you find those savings, send me a note. I keep a running tally, and we're over $50K in monthly savings found across all my clients. Let's see how high we can go!
