FOR KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN BUSINESSES ON THE RISE

If there's one thing I know for sure...

It's that:

The #1 enemy of progress is... the status quo.

no thank you

Pretty much every organization struggles with change.

Because change is hard, right?

But if you're on this list, I'm pretty sure you are an achiever, which means you inevitably seek out newness, challenges, and also...change.

Getting our teams on the same page, well, that can feel like a long ride on the strugglebus.

But it doesn't have to be. I've found that the more I can really communicate the "why" (thanks Simon Sinek), the more smoothly the change goes.

It may seem simple, but in a day where we're all moving 1000 miles per hour, taking the time to reflect on the why behind a change, and communicate it as a team, can make all the difference🔥

we got this

What else can you do to help your team embrace change?

I actually have a 4 step process for just this!

Spoiler: it starts with figuring out and communicating your why.

And then steps 2-4 take you through practical checklists of what you can do to make the pain of change more bearable.

If that's something you want to learn more about, get all 4 steps in this week's podcast, you can watch it on YouTube or listen on your preferred platform.

Let's chuck the status quo together!

WANT TO START EMBRACING CHANGE TODAY?

It's possible! Start by making a list of 1-2 things you want to change. Maybe it's a system that's not supporting you, a tool that's just not cutting it, a process that still feels burdensome.

Once you've thought of what needs changed...get into the why. Goes as deep as you can. Be a 4 year old and keep asking "why" until you get deeper and deeper into all the reasons.

From there, I bet you'll be feeling inspired and even have some ideas of next steps! And of course, this week's episode can help you with that!

ALSO! If you just want to hash out what change is possible with your sales system, technology, or process, book a Free Sales Health Check with me!
